"How Does My Child Get Home Tomorrow?"

Until we have more families signed up in School Dismissal Manager, we are asking that parents complete this form each day for the first 3 days of school.

Please complete this form and let us know how your child will get home TOMORROW (8/8). We will enter the information into SDM on your behalf to make sure students get home safely.

We will send this form home daily for the first 3 days of school, and then make a full transition to School Dismissal Manager. Thank you for your partnership!
