It's that time! BR Parents Magazine is hosting the Annual Family Favorites. Please make sure to click the link below, scroll down to locate FAVORITE MAGNET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and FAVORITE MAGNET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL on the left hand side. Click VOTE.

​You'll have to register by just entering your email address, then you can share so others can vote, too!

​You can vote everyday until Augsut 15th. 

August is quickly approaching and we'd like to remind you of several dates of which to take note. 

First up is our Meet the Teacher Night on August 7th! This begins at 4 pm with a short meeting, followed by visits to classrooms, and ends with a social hour. And YES!! Kids can come!

The second date is of course the first day of school! We will start carpool bright and early at 8 am. 

There will be some Curriculum Nights during late August, so stayed tuned for those dates! 

And the last date to mark on your calendar is the first Frozen Treat Friday! Throughout the year, on Fridays, we offer sweet treats from our ice cream freezer for $2 each after each grade's lunch time. There will be more information about paying for the semester in advance, but for now just mark it down to remember!

We are excited ​to announce that Girls on the Run will be returning to BRCVPA this year!

A little about GOTR (from their website): "Girls on the Run, a national non-profit organization, designs programming that strengthens third- to eighth grade girls’ social, emotional, physical and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences."

Mrs. Malensek is graciously lending her time to sponsoring this club, and you can contact her at [email protected] if you have any questions. 

Registration will open August 1st.

​ TEST SCORES UPDATE!!
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be rescheduling test score handout.
You will be able to pick up test scores at the new school location, MONDAY JULY 31 between 9 am and 2 pm.
ALL grades (3rd-5th) will be available then.
We apologize for any inconvenience.

This is for LAST YEAR. From August 2022-May 2023. 

Please visit the link below to purchase your yearbook for $30. You will pick up the yearbook at the new school location, 7600 Boone Ave, when we receive them. We will let you know!
