Students in Ms. Teal's 4th grade social studies class are spending the year learning about ancient civilizations. To kick of the year, students were assigned an ancient civilization and created a t-shirt with their research. Students were encouraged to be as creative as they wanted with their shirts. The project was finished off with a day of presentations and fun. Students in fourth grade completed their study of ancient Mesopotamia by taking on the role of a scribe. They wrote in the first written language of cuneiform on clay tablets. Congratulations to Mrs. Ruble! We are super proud of all that she has accomplished. She has been a teacher for 12 years, 6 of which have been at BRCVPA. She was also a student here when she was younger! Check out some of the wonderful things students and parents had to say about Mrs. Ruble. Our 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year is Mrs. Lauren Suhor!
